ABOUT US

Established in 1997 and based in the High Peak area of Derbyshire, Arnfield Care Ltd is an outstanding independent provider of high-quality residential care and on-site education for children and young people. Residents, aged 11 to 17 years, are dealing with a wide range of complex and challenging needs resulting from social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in their formative years. We pride ourselves on being nurturing and supportive, and on using innovative strategies to engage young people and help them overcome disadvantage, whether they are with us for short-term respite care, intensive crisis intervention work or longer-term placements as they transition towards semi-independence. Outdoor education forms a core part of the care, behavioural support and practical skills development at Arnfield, contributing crucial lessons as part of our educational provision for children and young people, as well as promoting physical and emotional well-being. We value diversity, commitment and experience in our staff and offer employment packages that reflect this.
